2019 Competitive Team (Annually, September – June, 2020)
Sign up upon evaluation.
Minimum twice a week training is required.
Gear required: Kicking Board, Pull Buoy, Paddle, and Fines
– Focus on specific strokes every week. Improve competition skills.
Full Day Summer Camp（Last week of Aug）
– 9AM – 4PM every day, 10K training goal every day.
– Physical Training by professional coaches from Ontario Provincial Swim Team.
Three groups in the Team，sign up upon evaluation
1. Pre-Team：For swimmers under 10 years old, evaluation can be requested upon the completion of freestyle, back stroke and breast stroke
2. Junior Team: Meet Central Region D Standard or blew
3. Senior Team: MeetCentral Region C Standard
